Glencar has been appointed by Pure Data Centres to deliver the next major phase of the Brent Cross data centre campus in North London. The latest expansion package will increase the hyperscale campus capacity to 90MW through the delivery of a new 70MW facility known as LON1B2. The wider Brent Cross campus is understood to represent a development value exceeding £1bn, with completion of the latest phase targeted for Q2 2029.
