Bovis Appointed Construction Manager for £42m Courtauld Strand Campus Redevelopment


Bovis Construction (Europe) has been appointed Construction Manager for the redevelopment of the Courtauld Institute of Art’s Strand Campus in London.


The appointment follows a competitive tender process involving four bidders, with Bovis securing a contract worth £5.3m to oversee delivery of the project through to completion in 2028.


The scheme will transform the East Wing of the Courtauld’s Somerset House campus while linking it with additional buildings at 152-158 Strand.
