Construction Begins on Legacy Properties’ 83-Home Development in Trispen

Construction has officially commenced at The Paddocks, an 83-home residential development by Legacy Properties in Trispen, near Truro.

Following the completion of site clearance, enabling works and infrastructure preparation, groundworks are now underway as the project moves into its first phase of construction.

The development will deliver a mix of private and affordable housing, creating a new residential community designed to complement and extend the existing village.
