Arc Property Services Partnership has launched procurement for a new Mechanical Engineering Framework worth up to £13.2m to support Nottinghamshire County Council’s operational estate.


The framework will appoint a single supplier to deliver a comprehensive range of mechanical engineering works across a geographically dispersed portfolio of public buildings throughout Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties.


The framework is expected to commence in November 2026 and could run for up to five years.

Scope of Works

Contractor Requirements

Key requirements include:

  • Gas Safe Registration

  • REFCOM Registration (or equivalent)

  • F-Gas Certification

  • OFTEC Registration

  • SSSTS qualified site supervisors

  • £10m Employers Liability Insurance

  • £10m Public Liability Insurance

  • £2m Professional Indemnity Insurance


The successful supplier will also be expected to support carbon reduction initiatives, social value delivery and collaborative working objectives.
