Sheffield Hallam University launches £4.5m Project Support Partner framework

Sheffield Hallam University has launched a £4.5 million framework to appoint a single Project Support Partner (PSP) to support the delivery of minor works, refurbishment and estate improvement projects across its campus estate.

The successful consultancy partner will work alongside the University's Estates & Facilities team and its appointed Campus Works Partner to plan, develop and deliver a wide range of projects, from routine maintenance works through to schemes valued at approximately £3 million.

The framework covers a broad range of professional services, including project and programme management, quantity surveying, cost management, NEC4 supervision, Principal Designer duties, building surveying, and architectural, structural and building services design. The appointed partner may also provide secondments and specialist advisory support to supplement the University's in-house estates team.

The framework is expected to commence in December 2026 for an initial four-year term, with the option to extend until 2032. Sheffield Hallam University is seeking a collaborative delivery partner capable of supporting the ongoing improvement and maintenance of its estate while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with statutory requirements.
