Haringey Council Launches £120m Construction Consultancy Framework

The London Borough of Haringey has launched a major £120m Construction Related Consultancy Services Framework, creating opportunities for consultants and professional service providers across housing, education and general construction projects.
The new Framework Alliance Contract (FAC-1) will run from March 2027 to March 2031 and will operate alongside Haringey's existing Construction, Estates and Property Professional Services DPS until its expiry in 2028. The framework is designed to support a wide range of public sector capital projects across Greater London and the Home Counties.
The framework comprises 18 separate lots covering multi-disciplinary consultancy services, project management, quantity surveying, employer's agent services, clerk of works, BREEAM assessment, client design advisors and architectural-led design teams. Projects will range from smaller schemes below £1m through to major developments valued up to £100m.
