Global Holdings wins approval for major Soho office redevelopment

Global Holdings Management Group has secured planning approval for a major office-led redevelopment in the heart of London’s West End, paving the way for a new mixed-use scheme in Soho.

Approved by Westminster City Council, the redevelopment of 10 Great Pulteney Street will transform the former Microsoft, Nokia and Boohoo headquarters into a high-quality commercial building featuring 42,000 sq ft of office space and a 10,250 sq ft retail unit.

Global Holdings acquired the property in 2024 and plans to begin construction later this year, with the completed development expected to be operational in 2028.

Designed by Morris + Company, the scheme aims to deliver premium office accommodation targeting blue-chip occupiers seeking space in Soho and neighbouring Mayfair. Bluebook has been appointed as the leasing agent for the project.

The redevelopment adds to the continued investment in London’s commercial property market, where developers are upgrading older office stock to meet demand for high-quality, sustainable workspace in prime city locations.
