Plans have been submitted for the refurbishment and extension of 11 Baker Street in London, with the scheme set to deliver a major upgrade of the existing commercial building.
The project is being brought forward by 3RE Capital Ventures, with Core Five acting as cost consultant.
The proposals include the reconstruction and extension of the building’s upper floors, a completely renewed façade and upgraded end-of-trip facilities.
The scheme will also transition the building to all-electric operation as part of a wider sustainability strategy.
Targets for the completed development include BREEAM Excellent, WIRED Platinum and EPC A.
The professional team includes Hale Brown Architects, Francis Hunter Project Management, Taylor + Boyd, Wallace Whittle, PMV Planning, R360 and Maffeis Engineering.
If approved, the project will add to the growing pipeline of major commercial refurbishment and repositioning schemes across central London.
