ConstructNet Intelligence

Although relatively modest as a standalone development, the project forms part of the much larger £400m Integra 61 masterplan, one of the North East’s most significant mixed-use logistics and commercial developments.

The 205-acre site is already home to Amazon’s 2 million sq ft fulfilment centre and a further 640,000 sq ft of newly completed speculative logistics space.

With serviced development plots still available across the site, Integra 61 continues to present long-term opportunities for developers, contractors, occupiers and the wider construction supply chain as the masterplan evolves.
