Wilten has been appointed to deliver a new industrial and logistics development at G Park, Swindon, marking its third project with repeat client Graftongate in the last three years.
The latest instruction further strengthens the established partnership between the two companies, with a continued focus on delivering high-quality, future-ready logistics space through collaborative working.
Project overview
The scheme comprises the design and build of a single industrial unit totalling 80,920 sq ft at G Park, Swindon.
Designed to meet modern occupier requirements, the facility will deliver a high-performance logistics space with a strong focus on efficiency, flexibility and sustainability.

Single-storey warehouse with integral first-floor office accommodation and CAT A fit-out
12.5m clear internal height
16 dock loading doors
2 level access doors
The project has a construction value of £7.9 million and is being delivered alongside Graftongate, Knight Webb, UMC Architects and Burrows Graham.
Sustainability and design approach
Sustainability is a core driver of the scheme, with the development targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC A ratings.
Key environmental measures include:
PV-ready roof infrastructure for future solar installation
9 EV charging bays
Low-carbon and energy-efficient design principles
Enhanced natural lighting to reduce energy use and improve occupier wellbeing
Cycle storage facilities and pedestrian-friendly external layouts
