The Construction Consultants appointed to support new Costa Coffee drive-thru in Shrewsbury

The Construction Consultants (TCC) has been appointed to provide employer’s agent services for the delivery of a new Costa Coffee drive-thru in Shrewsbury.
The Birmingham-based consultancy will support the design and build of the £800,000 development at Sentinel Trade Park on Whitchurch Road, with the new outlet scheduled for completion later this year.
The appointment marks TCC’s 10th project with Costa Coffee, building on previous work delivered for the coffee chain in locations including Bristol, Wolverhampton and Andover.
The scheme forms part of Costa Coffee’s wider expansion of its drive-thru estate. The retailer, which operates around 2,800 stores across the UK, has announced plans to open 40 additional drive-thru locations during 2026.
Alongside the new coffee shop, the development will include parking facilities, landscaping and refuse storage.
