The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames has launched procurement for the design and refurbishment of its Waste Transfer Station and Household Reuse and Recycling Centre at Villiers Road.
The project, valued at up to £10m, will be delivered through a two-stage procurement process, with the successful contractor initially appointed under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) before progressing to the main Design & Build works.
The scheme is being developed in partnership with the South London Waste Partnership and will modernise waste management and recycling facilities within the borough.
