ConstructNet Intelligence
SCF is one of the UK’s most significant public sector construction frameworks, with the previous generation supporting more than £10bn of delivery across the public estate in the South of England.
The increased £10bn framework cap for SCF-6 reflects both historic demand and the expanded scope of the new framework.
For contractors, this is not simply a route to market. SCF is a managed framework with strong expectations around collaboration, early engagement, governance, transparency and performance. Businesses considering a bid should carefully assess which lots best match their geography, project value experience and public sector delivery capability.
