Pioneer Design & Build Appointed Principal Contractor on Bootle Warehouse Scheme

Pioneer Design & Build has been appointed as Principal Contractor on a new industrial warehousing development in Bootle.

The project will deliver a modern warehouse facility designed to support growing demand across the logistics and industrial sector, with works now progressing towards mobilisation and construction delivery.

Pioneer Design & Build said the scheme will focus on programme certainty, safe delivery and maintaining high construction standards throughout the build process.

The contractor will work alongside the client, design team and wider supply chain to manage delivery, coordinate site operations and support efficient project execution from early-stage mobilisation through to completion.

The development adds to ongoing industrial and logistics activity across the North West, where demand for modern warehousing space continues to drive new construction opportunities.
