Overbury secures £6.4m Bank of England construction contract

Overbury Plc has been awarded a design and build construction contract valued at £6.47m for works at the Bank of England in London.
The contract, procured through a framework call-off agreement, covers construction and architectural design services.
The project has a total contract value of £6,477,125.65, with works scheduled to run from 26 February 2026 through to 31 March 2027, representing a programme of just over 13 months.
The scope includes design and build construction services, alongside architectural design elements associated with the project delivery.
Overbury, part of the Morgan Sindall Group, will deliver the works under the framework arrangement, supporting ongoing infrastructure and development works at the Bank of England’s central London estate.
