Contract Award: New Primary School Development in Shottery

Warwickshire County Council has awarded a major contract for the delivery of a new primary school and specialist education provision in Shottery.


The project will see the construction of a new two-form entry primary school, designed to support growing demand for school places in the area. In addition to mainstream education facilities, the development will include a specially resourced provision (SRP) for children with special educational needs, alongside a dedicated nursery facility.


The works have been awarded to Speller Metcalfe, who will deliver the scheme under a framework call-off arrangement.
