Muse and Homes England have submitted a planning application for the North West Quadrant (NWQ), a major £640 million regeneration scheme in Slough town centre.
The proposed development will transform the former Thames Valley University site into a mixed-use neighbourhood delivering approximately 1,500 new homes, commercial space, community facilities and significant public realm improvements.
Subject to planning approval, the project will be delivered in phases, with the first phase already submitted in detail comprising 473 Build-to-Rent apartments, 325 Co-Living homes, commercial accommodation and supporting retail space.

3,000 sq m of retail, café and commercial space
Nursery provision for up to 100 children
