London Borough of Merton has released a live tender for roofing refurbishment works at Melrose School in South London.


The contract, valued at approximately £200,000, is currently open under a below-threshold open procedure and is suitable for SME contractors.


The works are scheduled for delivery during the school summer holiday period, from 20 July 2026 to 2 September 2026, over a programme duration of approximately 6 weeks.
