Lendlease and The Crown Estate submit plans for 2,000-home Stratford Cross phase

Lendlease and The Crown Estate have submitted plans for the final phase of Stratford Cross in east London, bringing forward around 2,000 new homes as part of the wider mixed-use regeneration programme.

The proposals will expand the established Stratford Cross district, which already includes commercial, cultural and education uses.

The new phase will place a strong emphasis on residential development, adding around 2,000 homes within the wider masterplan.

The scheme forms part of the ongoing transformation of Stratford into a major mixed-use destination, building on the significant investment already delivered across the area.
