Landmark Properties has secured planning approval for a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme at 120 Suffolk Street in Birmingham.


Located close to New Street Station, the development will deliver high-quality student living alongside enhanced communal and outdoor spaces in a prominent city centre location.
