Keon Homes lands £9.4m Wolverhampton housing contract

Keon Homes has secured a £9.4 million contract to deliver 34 new homes at Heath Town in Wolverhampton, marking another step forward in the city’s ongoing housing regeneration programme.
Awarded by Wolverhampton City Council through its Internal Housing Development Framework, the project will see the construction of 34 new homes alongside associated infrastructure, external works and utility services.
The development forms part of the council’s wider investment in delivering new, high-quality homes across the city, with Keon Homes appointed as the delivery partner following a framework call-off.
Valued at just over £9.36 million, the contract was formally awarded in June 2026 and represents another significant residential project for the West Midlands-based contractor.
Construction is expected to include all enabling works, infrastructure and landscaping required to complete the new neighbourhood, helping to increase the supply of much-needed housing in Wolverhampton.
As work progresses, opportunities are expected to emerge across the residential construction supply chain, including groundworks, utilities, civil engineering, building materials, landscaping and specialist subcontract packages.
