Keepmoat Homes has started work on a £42m residential development in Hamilton, transforming the former Bell College site into a new mixed-tenure community.
The scheme will deliver 142 new homes, including 36 affordable properties in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council.
The development will feature a mix of:
apartments
terraced homes
semi-detached and detached houses
Alongside the housing, the project will introduce new public green spaces, play areas and pedestrian routes, helping to create a well-connected and sustainable neighbourhood.

Part of the affordable provision will include homes designed to support residents with specific needs, funded through collaboration between the council and the Scottish Government.
The regeneration marks a significant step in bringing a long-standing brownfield site back into use, contributing to local housing supply while enhancing the wider area.
With construction now underway, the project highlights continued investment into community-led development and the transformation of underutilised land across the UK.
