🏗️ ConstructNet Intelligence Overview
The No1 Knightsbridge development represents another major build-to-rent investment within the North West residential market, continuing the trend of large-scale urban regeneration and PRS-led delivery across regional town centres.
The project is expected to generate substantial subcontract and supplier opportunities across:
groundworks and RC frame packages
scaffolding and access systems
façade and cladding works
MEP installation
internal fit-out and finishing trades
landscaping and public realm works
residential infrastructure and utilities
logistics and temporary works support
The phased nature of the programme may also create staggered procurement opportunities as delivery progresses through different construction stages.
Stockport continues to attract significant residential-led regeneration investment as developers target strong commuter connectivity into Manchester alongside wider town centre transformation initiatives.
