🏗️ ConstructNet Intelligence Overview

The No1 Knightsbridge development represents another major build-to-rent investment within the North West residential market, continuing the trend of large-scale urban regeneration and PRS-led delivery across regional town centres.

The project is expected to generate substantial subcontract and supplier opportunities across:

  • groundworks and RC frame packages

  • scaffolding and access systems

  • façade and cladding works

  • MEP installation

  • internal fit-out and finishing trades

  • landscaping and public realm works

  • residential infrastructure and utilities

  • logistics and temporary works support

The phased nature of the programme may also create staggered procurement opportunities as delivery progresses through different construction stages.

Stockport continues to attract significant residential-led regeneration investment as developers target strong commuter connectivity into Manchester alongside wider town centre transformation initiatives.
