The Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside has launched a £10m construction framework covering estates improvement works across East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.
The framework will support a range of construction projects across Humberside Police’s operational estate, including police stations, emergency service buildings and wider property improvement works.
The procurement is divided into two value-based lots:
Lot 1 — £50,000 to £500,000 projects, with an estimated value of £6m
Lot 2 — £500,000 to £5.193m projects, with an estimated value of £4m
Humberside Police intends to appoint up to three contractors per lot, with individual projects awarded through mini-competitions between the successful framework contractors.

The agreement is expected to commence on 30 November 2026 and run for an initial two years, with two optional one-year extensions taking the potential term to November 2030.
Bidders will be assessed on 70% quality, 20% price and 10% social value and sustainability.
Tender submissions close on 14 September 2026, with an award decision expected in November 2026.
