Guildmore Ltd has been awarded a £60 million contract to deliver the St George’s redevelopment scheme in London.
The project will see the demolition of the existing St George’s Leisure Centre, making way for a new mixed-use development combining modern leisure facilities with residential accommodation.

Demolition of the existing leisure centre and associated structures
Completion of detailed design to RIBA Stage 4
Construction of a new-build leisure facility
Delivery of an 8-storey residential building comprising 29 homes
Associated landscaping and public realm enhancements
