Glencar Construction has been appointed by Newlands Developments to deliver Link, Aylesbury — a five-unit Grade A industrial and logistics development totalling approximately 192,000 sq ft in Buckinghamshire.
The scheme, located at Gatehouse Close, Aylesbury, will deliver modern warehouse and industrial space designed to meet growing demand across the South East logistics market.
The development is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings, reflecting a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and long-term operational performance.
