Galliford Try has secured a £39 million contract to deliver one of the UK’s largest specialist education facilities after successfully completing the pre-construction phase of the project.
The London Borough of Havering has awarded the main works contract for the new Balgores SEND School in Gidea Park through the Southern Construction Framework 5.
The project will create a purpose-built facility providing specialist education for up to 300 children and young people aged between four and 19.
