Croudace Homes submits plans for 100-home West Oxfordshire development

Croudace Homes has submitted an outline planning application for a new residential development in West Oxfordshire that could deliver up to 100 new homes, with half of the properties proposed as affordable housing.

The application, submitted with all matters reserved except access, also includes a new school pick-up and drop-off area, public open space and improvements to local infrastructure, including new pedestrian links designed to improve connectivity.

According to the housebuilder, the application has been brought forward on the basis that West Oxfordshire District Council cannot currently demonstrate a five-year housing land supply.

If approved, the development would provide a mix of new homes alongside significant green infrastructure, helping to address local housing demand while delivering new community facilities.

The proposals include:

• Up to 100 new homes

• 50% affordable housing

• Public open space

• School pick-up and drop-off facilities

• New pedestrian links and infrastructure improvements

  
  

The application will now progress through the planning process, where it will be considered by West Oxfordshire District Council before any decision is made.
