Clegg Construction Secures £18.8m Stocking Farm Housing Scheme in Leicester

Clegg Construction has been appointed by Leicester City Council to deliver the £18.8 million Stocking Farm Housing Scheme in Leicester.

The design and build contract will deliver 50 new council homes alongside a new community open space, highway infrastructure and associated external works as part of the wider regeneration of the Stocking Farm area.

The project also includes demolition works, drainage, parking, boundary treatments, landscaping and external lighting, with a strong emphasis on sustainability throughout the development.
