Clarion Housing Group has awarded a major passive fire safety framework worth up to £126m to three specialist contractors, covering fire stopping and fire door works across its housing portfolio.
The framework has been split into three regional lots, with appointments made for North London, the North and East of England, and South London and the South of England.
Contracts are expected to commence in September 2026 and run for an initial five years, with the option to extend for a further two years.
