Cameron Homes has submitted detailed plans for a £14m residential development comprising 40 new homes in Honeybourne, Worcestershire.
The reserved matters application, submitted to Wychavon District Council, proposes a mix of one to five-bedroom houses and bungalows on a 2-hectare site off Stratford Road.
The scheme includes 16 affordable homes, representing 40% of the development, and is designed to create a sustainable neighbourhood within walking distance of Honeybourne village centre and railway station.

If approved, the development will become Cameron Homes’ sixth scheme in the local area, building on previous projects in Long Marston, Lower Quinton, Luddington, Blockley and Tredington.
The housebuilder said the proposals have been designed to complement the character of Honeybourne while helping to meet local housing demand and supporting the village’s continued growth.
