C3 Construction has reported solid revenue growth in its latest financial results, following a year of new client wins and expansion into additional regions.
The Leicester-based civil engineering and groundworks specialist continues to build momentum across the residential sector, working with major housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey and Davidsons Homes.
📈 Revenue up as business expands
For the year ending 30 September 2025:
Turnover increased to £128.84 million (up 5.4%)
Operating profit recorded at £3.98 million
Profit for the year reached £2.07 million
The company also strengthened its financial position, with cash rising to £3.68 million, while net assets remained stable at £22.91 million.
🚧 Growth driven by new clients and regions
C3 Construction, established in 2003, delivers a wide range of services including:
groundworks and civil engineering
road and sewer infrastructure
substructure brickwork and floor slab construction
bulk earthworks and ground modification
The business has continued to invest in technology, plant and workforce, including the use of GPS and machine control systems to improve efficiency on site.
Directors highlighted that an increase in project sites and geographic reach has played a key role in driving growth, providing a strong foundation for further expansion.
