BRECK HOMES SECURES £10.6M CONTRACT FOR 58-HOME BLACKPOOL AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT


Breck Homes has secured a £10.6m contract from Progress Housing Group to deliver a 58-home affordable housing development at Cropper Road, Blackpool.


The scheme will provide a mix of affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership properties, helping to increase the supply of affordable housing within the area.


The development will be delivered through a land and build package deal and includes the design and construction of the homes, together with associated infrastructure, adoptable highways, drainage and external works.
