BOOST TA Awarded £6.6m Modular Housing Contract in Northampton

West Northamptonshire Council has awarded a £6.64m contract to BOOST TA Limited for the development of a new modular accommodation scheme at Claret Car Park, Edgar Mobbs Way, Northampton.
The project will deliver 70 relocatable modular homes comprising 56 two-bedroom units and 14 one-bedroom units, together with a residents’ community hub, site office, children’s play area and associated site infrastructure.
The development will be constructed on land at Claret Car Park and Commercial Street Car Park in Northampton and forms part of the Council’s plans to provide high-quality temporary accommodation.
The contract was awarded on 11 June 2026 through the Energy & Sustainability Strategic Partnering Agreement, with BOOST TA Limited appointed as the delivery partner.
