AECOM lands £1m design role on Parliamentary estate project

AECOM has secured a contract to deliver multi-disciplinary design services for a major project on the Parliamentary estate.
The appointment was made jointly by the House of Commons and House of Lords, acting through their corporate officers.
The 21-month contract covers RIBA Stages 2–7, taking the scheme from developed design through to construction and completion.
🏗️ Project scope
The works relate to Block B, forming part of a wider programme of upgrades and improvements across the Parliamentary estate. While full scheme details remain limited, the scope includes:
architectural and engineering design
inspection and technical services
coordination through to delivery stage
The project sits within ongoing long-term investment programmes aimed at maintaining and modernising Parliament’s buildings and infrastructure.
