Nottingham City Council has released a tender for the design and construction of a new residential development at the former Laura Chambers Lodge Care Home site in Clifton, Nottingham.
The £8.4 million Design & Build opportunity will deliver approximately 52 new homes, comprising a mix of houses and apartments designed to address local housing needs.
The scheme is being procured through an open procedure and is expected to commence construction in August 2026.
