WM Trains preparing multi-year rail consultancy services framework

West Midlands Trains has published an advance pipeline notice for a new consultancy services framework supporting technical and engineering requirements across the UK rail sector.
The framework carries an estimated value of approximately £6.1m and is expected to run initially from April 2027 through to April 2031, with the option to extend through to 2035.
The procurement is being established on behalf of a broad group of participating rail authorities and operators across the UK network.
