Aston University has awarded a £7.3 million refurbishment contract for works at 10 Woodcock Street in Birmingham.
The contract has been secured by Willmott Dixon Interiors Ltd following a competitive process under the Pagabo National Framework for Refit and Refurbishment Solutions.
Project Overview
The scheme involves design and build refurbishment works across key areas of the building, including:
Partial Ground Floor refurbishment
Full Third Floor refurbishment
Upgrades to Staircores 2, 4 and 5
Scope of Works
Works will include:
Internal alterations
Building services modifications
New finishes and upgrades
Testing and commissioning
The project is being delivered under a JCT Design & Build Contract (2016).
