Willmott Dixon Interiors Lands £7.3m Aston University Refurbishment

Aston University has awarded a £7.3 million refurbishment contract for works at 10 Woodcock Street in Birmingham.


The contract has been secured by Willmott Dixon Interiors Ltd following a competitive process under the Pagabo National Framework for Refit and Refurbishment Solutions.


Project Overview


The scheme involves design and build refurbishment works across key areas of the building, including:


  • Partial Ground Floor refurbishment

  • Full Third Floor refurbishment

  • Upgrades to Staircores 2, 4 and 5


Scope of Works


Works will include:


  • Internal alterations

  • Building services modifications

  • New finishes and upgrades

  • Testing and commissioning


The project is being delivered under a JCT Design & Build Contract (2016).

  • 🚧 Completion target: May 2026

  • 📊 Awarded following a further competition under the Pagabo framework (Midlands Lot)
