👉 Main contractor procurement is on the horizon
👉 Subcontractor and supply chain opportunities will follow
With an Employer’s Agent now in place, the scheme is entering the critical phase where:
Tender packages will be developed
Contractors will be engaged
Supply chains will begin positioning for work
For regional contractors and SMEs, this is an early indicator to start building relationships and tracking the opportunity now.
Pipeline insight
Affordable housing remains a key focus across the UK, and schemes like this continue to create consistent pipelines of work across Yorkshire and the Humber.
Early visibility of these appointments gives contractors and consultants a competitive edge—particularly when it comes to securing positions on upcoming frameworks, tenders, and subcontract packages.
