ProcurePro secures $15m funding round to accelerate global construction expansion

ProcurePro has secured $15 million in new funding as the construction procurement platform looks to accelerate international growth and expand its AI product offering.

The funding round was led by QIC Ventures, one of Australia’s largest sovereign wealth funds, alongside existing investors Airtree and Glitch Capital. Global construction group Bouygues also participated through VC partners ISAI.

The investment values ProcurePro at more than $100 million and will support continued expansion across the UK, Middle East and North America, alongside further development of the company’s AI-driven procurement tools.

ProcurePro positions itself as an end-to-end procurement platform for the construction sector, designed to centralise procurement workflows including tendering, subcontractor analysis, scheduling and contracting.

According to the business, the platform has been used across more than 6,000 projects globally, representing over $130 billion in construction value and more than 200,000 trade packages processed.

The company said the scale of procurement data collected across projects is now helping shape its AI product roadmap, including BidLevel — an AI-powered bid comparison tool designed to streamline subcontractor quote analysis.

The latest funding round reflects growing investor interest in construction technology platforms focused on productivity, procurement control and supply chain management, particularly as contractors continue seeking improved margin visibility and operational efficiency.

ProcurePro has also continued expanding its presence in the UK market as part of its wider international growth strategy.
