Planning permission has been secured for the refurbishment and repositioning of 100 Victoria Embankment in central London, with the scheme set to modernise the Grade II listed office building while significantly improving sustainability performance.
Core Five is providing cost consultancy services on behalf of 3RE as part of the redevelopment project.
The approved proposals include:
Internal repositioning of the building
Removal of fossil-fuel reliant services
Decarbonisation and sustainability upgrades
Improvements to landlord areas and external entrances
Enhanced workplace and amenity spaces
The cut-and-carve commercial office refurbishment aims to bring the historic building in line with modern occupier and environmental standards, while preserving its listed architectural character.
