Novus Secures £11m-a-Year Framework with The Guinness Partnership

Novus Property Solutions has been awarded a 15-year planned improvement and major works framework with The Guinness Partnership, strengthening a long-standing relationship across the South West.
Valued at approximately £11 million per year, the framework will deliver a comprehensive programme of planned maintenance and upgrades across residential properties.
Scope of Works
The programme will include:
Kitchen and bathroom replacements
Electrical heating upgrades
External works
Window and door installations
The framework will also ensure compliance with Awaab’s Law, addressing hazards such as damp and mould to improve living conditions for residents.
Supporting Homes & Communities
The Guinness Partnership manages around 70,000 homes nationwide, supporting approximately 160,000 residents, including those in supported and retirement living.
This new agreement is focused not only on maintaining homes, but also on delivering long-term social value, ensuring properties remain safe, comfortable and fit for modern living.

Novus has worked with The Guinness Partnership since 2012, delivering over 2,400 upgrades through planned maintenance programmes.
