Miller Homes has expanded its presence at Birchwood Park, signing a new lease for 8,700 sq ft at Building 103 on Dalton Avenue.
The move more than doubles the housebuilder’s office footprint in Warrington, with the business now occupying the building as staff numbers grow in line with an expanding regional development pipeline.
📊 Supporting regional growth
Miller Homes initially relocated to Birchwood Park in 2021 with a 4,100 sq ft office. The latest expansion will accommodate 100+ staff, reflecting continued growth across the North West.
The housebuilder is currently active across several key sites, including:
a 170-home site in Lymm
ongoing delivery at Omega Warrington (200 homes completed to date)
plans for 106 homes in Charlestown, Manchester
🏘️ Strengthening delivery pipeline
The expansion comes as Miller Homes continues to scale its regional housing programme, with increased staffing aligned to its development pipeline and land acquisitions across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
The business says the larger office supports both operational capacity and collaboration across its North West teams.
🧠 What this means
As regional housebuilders scale up, demand continues across:
residential construction delivery
infrastructure and enabling works
groundworks and civils
utilities and housing services
subcontract and supply chain packages
Office expansion like this is often a leading indicator of future site activity growth across a region.
