Kori Construction has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Richard Ball as HSEQ Director, as the business continues its rapid growth trajectory.
The Corby-based contractor is on track to exceed £100m in revenue, supported by a forward order book of around £200m, driven by activity across the care home, later living and multi-room sectors.
The board-level appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on health, safety, environment and quality as it scales operations, with HSEQ playing a central role in supporting delivery and maintaining standards across projects.
Richard Ball has been instrumental in evolving Kori’s approach to safety and quality, leading initiatives around workforce wellbeing, mental health and the implementation of digital systems in partnership with Inndex.
Managing Director Jordan Connachie said the appointment recognises both the importance of HSEQ at board level and the role it plays in supporting the company’s long-term growth.
Alongside the board appointment, Kori has made several internal promotions across delivery and commercial roles, while also planning further hires including a Head of Design and Head of People.
The move signals continued expansion for the contractor, with a growing pipeline of work and increased demand across its core sectors.
