Hampshire County Council has brought to market a major new professional services framework covering transport, highways, and infrastructure consultancy across England.
The multi-supplier framework will run for four years and is set to support a wide range of public sector organisations with specialist engineering, planning, and environmental services.

The new framework will replace an existing consultancy arrangement and provide access to technical expertise across multiple infrastructure disciplines.
It will be structured into nine separate lots, including:
A core multi-disciplinary consultancy lot
