GRAHAM has been selected by Muse under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to progress the first phase of the Holbeche Place redevelopment in Solihull town centre.
The appointment follows planning approval for the transformation of Mell Square, which will be rebranded as Holbeche Place as part of a wider regeneration masterplan.
The initial phase will deliver a residential-led scheme comprising 346 build-to-rent homes across four buildings of varying heights, alongside ground-floor commercial space and resident amenities.
The development will also feature a central landscaped courtyard, new pedestrian routes and significant public realm improvements, aimed at enhancing connectivity and creating a more vibrant town centre environment.
Set within a constrained urban site, the scheme will require the demolition of an existing multi-storey car park and careful coordination with surrounding infrastructure, neighbouring properties and live retail areas.
Demolition and enabling works are expected to begin in summer 2026, marking the start of a wider programme to reposition Holbeche Place as a key mixed-use destination in Solihull.
