Leading contractor GRAHAM has strengthened its presence in Ireland with the opening of a new office in Dublin, marking another positive step in the company’s continued growth.
Located at Northwood Business Park in Santry, the new 2,500 sq ft facility represents an investment of more than €400,000 and will act as a key operational hub for the contractor’s civil engineering division.
Supporting Growth and Delivery Across Ireland
The expansion will enable GRAHAM to enhance its capability in delivering high-quality infrastructure and built environment projects across the country.
Dublin has been identified as a major growth area for the business, and this new base will allow teams to work more closely with clients, partners, and local communities while supporting an increasing pipeline of work.
Boosting Jobs and Local Supply Chains
A key highlight of the investment is its impact on employment, with more than 40 new roles expected to be created.
These positions will span:
Project and operational roles
Engineering and surveying positions
Environmental and sustainability specialists
Administrative and site support functions
The expansion will also strengthen the use of local supply chains, ensuring wider economic benefits are felt across the region.
Building on a Strong Track Record
GRAHAM continues to play a major role in shaping Dublin’s infrastructure landscape, with a portfolio that includes landmark projects such as the Samuel Beckett Bridge and the Rosie Hackett Bridge.
More recently, the contractor secured a major role on the Ballymun/Finglas to Dublin City Centre scheme as part of the BusConnects programme — a significant investment aimed at transforming urban transport.
With construction set to begin this year, the scheme will deliver:
22km of dedicated bus lanes
Over 20km of cycling infrastructure
Upgraded pedestrian routes
A Positive Signal for the Industry
The opening of the new Dublin office reflects continued confidence in the Irish construction market, with investment in people, infrastructure, and regional delivery capacity all moving in the right direction.
As demand for high-quality infrastructure grows, expansions like this highlight how leading contractors are positioning themselves to deliver at scale while supporting local economies.
