Final show apartments released at £112m Belgrave Village scheme in Birmingham

The final one- and two-bedroom apartments have been released for sale at Wavensmere Homes’ £112m Belgrave Village development in central Birmingham, alongside a newly launched fully furnished ground-floor show apartment now available to purchase.

The 12-acre regeneration scheme has delivered 438 energy-efficient houses and apartments in partnership with Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital, with 95% of homes already sold. The development has played a key role in transforming the southern gateway into Birmingham city centre, accessed via Belgrave Middleway (A4540), just outside the city’s Ultra Low Emission Zone.

Donna Smith, Sales Director at Wavensmere Homes, said the final release marks the last opportunity to buy new at the scheme, with strong demand driven by design-led apartments and extensive resident amenities including a gym, cinema room, co-working space and landscaped green areas.

The newly completed two-bedroom show apartment, designed by Blocc Interiors, is also available for purchase fully furnished at £331,000.

Philippa Simpson, Managing Director of Blocc Interiors, said the design aimed to reflect “refined urban luxury”, combining warm natural tones with bold accent styling to create a liveable city-centre home.

All remaining homes feature energy-efficient specifications including low-energy appliances and mechanical ventilation systems, supporting reduced energy consumption and improved air quality. Apartments are delivered with integrated kitchens, fitted flooring and contemporary bathroom suites.

The scheme also benefits from strong transport connectivity, with Moor Street and New Street stations within 1.5 miles, and direct links via the A4540 to the national motorway network.
