Caddick Construction has strengthened its footprint in the Midlands with a significant office expansion in Birmingham, underlining its long-term commitment to the region.

The contractor has upgraded its space within the Northspring building on Temple Street, moving from a 900 sq ft office established in 2023 to a new 2,590 sq ft workspace designed to support its rapidly growing team.

Rapid growth drives expansion

Since launching its Midlands operation with just 10 employees, Caddick has grown its regional team to more than 80 people.

The new office increases desk capacity by nearly 80% and introduces additional meeting space, providing the infrastructure needed to support continued growth and project delivery across the region.

Strong pipeline and major projects

The move follows a period of significant momentum for the business, with a Midlands pipeline now targeting £1bn and a forward order book of £300m.

Caddick is currently delivering a number of high-profile schemes, including:

The contractor’s portfolio spans industrial, commercial and residential sectors, positioning it as a key player in the Midlands construction market.

Supporting long-term regional growth

The expanded Birmingham base is expected to play a central role in supporting Caddick’s next phase of growth, enabling stronger collaboration, increased delivery capacity and continued investment in local talent.

With a growing pipeline and increasing presence across major developments, the move signals clear intent from Caddick to further establish itself as a leading contractor in the Midlands.
