Breck Homes strengthens Yorkshire team with senior land appointment

Breck Homes has strengthened its recently established Yorkshire office with the appointment of Steven Graham as Senior Land Manager, supporting the developer’s continued expansion across the region.

Steven will be based in the company’s Leeds office and joins from Yorkstone Homes. He brings extensive experience in land acquisition, deal-making, legal negotiations and planning, with a strong background in delivering both partnership housing and open market schemes.

In his new role, he will focus on identifying and securing land opportunities across Yorkshire to support the delivery of affordable housing, working closely with housing associations, local authorities and development partners.

Steven has previously held senior positions at Persimmon Homes, Keepmoat Group, Countryside and Rouse Homes, and began his career in land and development after completing a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management at Sheffield Hallam University.

Breck Homes opened its Leeds office in 2025 and has already commenced its first Yorkshire development in Bradford as part of its wider regional growth strategy.

He said: “Securing the right land in the right locations is fundamental to our ability to deliver high-quality affordable housing. Steven brings the experience, partnership mindset and market knowledge needed to help us expand our pipeline and work closely with our partners to bring forward much-needed homes across Yorkshire.”
